Calls support 32 languages. The app interface is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese and Polish.
Three ways to review a call
The written result summarizes the outcome. The transcript represents the conversation in text. Translation helps you understand a conversation in another language.
These records are related, but they are not interchangeable. A concise result may omit conversational detail; a transcript or translation can contain errors.
Check consequential details
Verify the spelling of names, times and dates, quoted amounts, units, cancellation conditions and whether a request was actually accepted. A business may require a payment or confirmation step outside the call.
If the evidence does not resolve a detail, contact the business or ask a specific follow-up question instead of treating an ambiguous summary as confirmation.
Share only the information needed
Keep a request focused on its purpose. Avoid including credentials, unnecessary personal details or sensitive records in the call brief. Identity verification and secure payment steps generally remain yours to complete.
Publishing a call as a customer story
Permission to use a service is not permission to publish a conversation. Before sharing identifiable transcripts or screenshots, obtain the necessary permissions from the people involved.
Our customer-story process records the permitted assets and uses, removes unnecessary identifying information, and includes a final review of the proposed publication.
