Limits to know
- Lucien is not a medical service and cannot assess symptoms, give clinical advice, or handle emergencies.
- Some providers require a portal, payment, identity check, referral, or sensitive information that you must complete yourself.
- For anything consequential, review the recording and contact the provider directly if a detail is unclear.
Questions about this use case
Can Lucien look for the earliest appointment?
Yes. Give it your allowed date and time range, and it can ask one or several providers about their earliest suitable opening.
Can it make emergency calls?
No. Emergency numbers and high-risk destinations are blocked. Contact local emergency services yourself when urgent help is needed.
What if the provider needs a deposit?
Lucien can report that requirement, but you may need to complete a secure payment or portal step yourself.
