The language spoken on your call

Select the language appropriate for the business and confirm it in the call plan. Chinese in the spoken-language list refers to Mandarin; it does not promise every Chinese language or regional dialect.

A language appearing here means it is offered by the product. It is not a claim that every accent, connection or conversation will be handled equally well.

Read the result in your language

After the call, review the written outcome, transcript and recording. Translated results help you understand a conversation conducted in another language. Check names, dates, quantities and prices against the evidence before relying on them.

Languages available in the app interface

The app interface is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese and Polish. Spoken call support is broader than interface support.

If you read this website in another language, choose one of those ten interface languages when you open the app. Localized website content does not imply a translated signup or billing interface.

Which countries and numbers can Lucien call?

Availability depends on the destination, number type, current rate and product restrictions. A country code alone cannot establish that a particular number is supported.

Lucien checks the destination before dialing. Emergency numbers, premium-rate numbers and unsupported or unpriced destinations cannot be called. Use the app to check a specific business; this page does not provide a universal country availability guarantee.

Give Lucien enough context

Provide the business name, the location, the questions to ask and the alternatives you accept. A written spelling of important names or reference numbers helps avoid ambiguity.

Example request: “Call this hotel in Italian. Ask whether reception can accept a late arrival after 23:00 on Friday and whether there is an additional charge. Do not change my booking.” This is an example prompt, not a report of a customer call.
