Do I need to speak the local language?
No. Lucien can call in a supported local language and return the result in yours. Check the supported languages and destinations for the business you want to call.
Is the booking guaranteed?
The business must accept the reservation. It may have no availability, not answer, or require payment or an additional confirmation. Lucien reports what the business said so you can check the booking’s status.
Can Lucien pay a deposit?
Lucien can ask about deposits and payment instructions. You complete any secure payment or identity checks yourself.
How much does the call cost?
The app shows an estimate before the call. Cost depends on the request, destination and call duration. See how Lucien’s pricing works.
