Calls support 32 languages. The app interface is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese and Polish.
Four ways to inspect a call
The written result summarizes the outcome. The transcript represents the conversation in text. The recording lets you listen to the original audio. Translation helps you understand a conversation in another language.
These records are related, but they are not interchangeable. A concise result may omit conversational detail; a transcript or translation can contain errors.
Check consequential details
Verify the spelling of names, times and dates, quoted amounts, units, cancellation conditions and whether a request was actually accepted. A business may require a payment or confirmation step outside the call.
If the evidence does not resolve a detail, contact the business or ask a specific follow-up question instead of treating an ambiguous summary as confirmation.
Share only the information needed
Keep a request focused on its purpose. Avoid including credentials, unnecessary personal details or sensitive records in the call brief. Identity verification and secure payment steps generally remain yours to complete.
Recording notices and participant rights
Recording and sharing rules can depend on the people and jurisdictions involved. Do not assume one blanket rule applies to every international call. Review the current privacy policy and terms, and obtain advice where required for your situation.
This guide explains product records; it is not a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction legal opinion.
Publishing a call as a customer story
Permission to use a service is not permission to publish a conversation. Before sharing identifiable transcripts, recordings or screenshots, obtain the necessary permissions from the people involved.
Our customer-story process records the permitted assets and uses, removes unnecessary identifying information, and includes a final review of the proposed publication.
